My report shows wrong dividend figures — what should I check?

Make sure you downloaded a full-year Activity Statement (not a partial period). In IB: Performance & Reports → Activity → Statements → Activity Statement → set the date range to the full calendar year → CSV format.

I uploaded the file but got no output for a section (e.g. no dividends).

TaxForm Pro only extracts sections that are present in your file. If you had no dividend income in that year, the section will be empty. Check that the correct year was selected when downloading from IB.

I was charged but my credits didn't increase.

Credits are added automatically via Stripe webhook. If they haven't appeared after a few minutes, please contact us with your email address and the approximate time of payment and we will add them manually.

I need an invoice for my purchase.

Add your company name, VAT number, and billing address in Profile Settings before purchasing — or contact us after purchase and we will issue one manually.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account from Profile Settings. This permanently removes your account data. For a full GDPR erasure request, select "GDPR / data request" in the form above.
